Return Process

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, including all cables and documentation, and attach the provided shipping label.

  Ship Item

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your drop-off receipt for tracking purposes.

  Processing & Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
